A crime syndicate is waiting for a drug delivery. An opportunistic pickup artist with a YouTube show provokes a psychotic drug mule into an act of violence. Two freelance gunmen track down a dangerous target to murder him. A small-time gang prepares for a gasoline stationheist. Scalawag police run amok, torturing criminals and extorting businessmen.

"Utopia" is a neo-noir black comedy about a freelance videographer, a rookie police officer, and an undercover PDEA agent who all get in trouble for being at the wrong place, at the wrong time.
