Synopsis: Even after twenty years, antique dealer Mabel (Kris Aquino) feels that her mother Adela (Helen Gamboa) still blames her for the loss of her younger sister Marie, who is never found, at sea because Adela continues to consult mediums to talk to her. Though homely, Mabel has won the love of Ivan (Dingdong Dantes) who claims his wife Mariela (Angelica Panganiban) has abandoned him and his daughter Angela. But Angela rejects Mabel and Ivan resents Mabel’s friend Anna (Bangs Garcia) for giving Mabel a makeover. After Anna has sold Mabel a used handbag from her store owned by Mariela, Mabel begins to be haunted by the Mariela’s spirit that Mabel now wants out of the relationship, but Ivan will not let her go. Then Anna’s boyfriend and Samantha, who is after Ivan, are killed. Mabel is afraid she will be the next victim, but it turns out that Mariela is Mabel’s missing sister who is trying to protect her from Ivan.
